Sending from your own address
Connect your own SMTP2GO, SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark, or Amazon SES account from Admin > Outbound email - or point at any generic SMTP server, including your own mailbox. Once connected, every signing invitation, reminder, and completion notice for your organisation goes out from your own address, on your own domain, in your own name. Recipients reply straight back to you, and everything still shows up in your own Reports and tracking exactly as before.
Organisation details
Set your company name, registration number, primary contact, and website from Admin > Organisation details. These appear as the Author, Copyright Notice, and Copyright Info URL on every signed PDF your organisation sends, so the finished document reads as genuinely yours.
A fully white-labelled setup
For a completely branded experience, point a subdomain of your own website (for example agreements.yourcompany.com) at our servers, and every sign link, completion email, and public verification page carries your domain end to end - your clients never see docsign.noviqent.co.uk at all. This runs on a TLS certificate we generate for you, or one you provide yourself if your organisation issues its own. This is a bespoke setup - talk to us and we'll get it configured.
