Copyright & Rights Notice

This page is referenced from the metadata of documents processed through Noviqent DocSign, the electronic signature service operated by Noviqent Ltd (Company No. 17232197, registered in England).

Ownership. Noviqent Ltd does not claim ownership of any document's content. Copyright and all other rights in a document's content belong to the sending organisation identified within that document itself - see its Author and Copyright Notice metadata, or the Certificate of Completion page appended to the signed document (where included).

Our role. Noviqent DocSign acts solely as the platform used to route, capture signatures for, and deliver the document on behalf of the sending organisation. We do not review, edit, or take any position on the content of documents sent through the service.

Document integrity. Completed documents are print-and-copy only - editing, annotating, and page assembly are disabled - and each carries a SHA-256 hash of its signed content, printed on the Certificate of Completion page where included, so any alteration after signing can be detected.

Questions about a specific document's rights or content should be directed to the sending organisation shown within it, not to Noviqent Ltd.
