We keep it safely on file for at least 5 years, so a signed agreement stays a warm, trusted record long after the day it was signed.
Every document lives on our own servers, kept in its own space just for your organisation, and every way of reaching it - your dashboard, a signer's own link, or a shared verification page - needs its own key. Want an extra layer on the verification link itself? Add a passcode at send time, and only whoever you give it to can download the file - anyone else can still see it's genuine, just not open it.
